Acceptable Use Policy for AlzFocus, LLC

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth the rules and guidelines governing your access to and use of the AlzFocus mobile application, web services, cloud infrastructure, and associated software (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using AlzFocus, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services.


1. Core Purpose and Intent

AlzFocus is a software coordination utility designed to assist individuals, family members, and other authorized networks.

It is intended solely for personal, non-commercial, organizational, and scheduling assistance.

AlzFocus is not a clinical diagnostic tool or medical device.


2. Permitted Use & Authority to Input Data

You may use AlzFocus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this AUP and our Terms of Use.

Authorization for Third-Party Information

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary legal rights, permissions, or consents to upload, store, or share information, notes, calendar events, audio files, and photos involving third parties, including family members, friends, loved ones, or other individuals in your authorized network.

Account Delegation

If you are a primary account holder or family administrator granting “Limited Member” or secondary access to other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring that all invited members adhere to this Policy.


3. Prohibited Conduct and Misuse

To maintain the safety, security, and legal compliance of AlzFocus, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities.

A. Illegal or Unauthorized Activities

You may not:

  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international laws, including consumer privacy laws and copyright laws.
  • Store or share media, including photos, videos, or audio, that you do not have the legal right or copyright permission to distribute or synchronize.

B. System Integrity & Security Violations

You may not:

  • Reverse Engineering: Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source code, algorithms, or visual elements from the Services.
  • Unauthorized Access: Access or attempt to access non-public areas of the infrastructure, servers, databases, or API endpoints.
  • Automated Abuse: Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated scripts to interact with the platform or bypass rate limits.
  • Malicious Software: Upload viruses, trojans, worms, or any other code designed to disrupt, damage, steal information, or limit the functionality of the software or hardware.

C. Streaming & Third-Party Integration Abuse

You may not:

  • Attempt to capture, cache, extract, or locally save music or audio streams provided through third-party integrations, including Apple Music or Spotify, outside of their authorized connections.
  • Use integrated third-party audio or music playback for public performance, commercial broadcasting, or unauthorized media synchronization.

4. User Content & Conduct Standards

All text entries, voice notes, photos, calendar events, and logs uploaded to AlzFocus must comply with basic conduct standards.

You agree NOT to upload content that is:

  1. Defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or invasive of another person’s privacy.
  2. Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit.
  3. Designed to promote illegal acts, hate speech, or violence.

AlzFocus reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate and remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.


5. Security & Account Protection

You are responsible for protecting your account and access credentials.

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, including passwords, PINs, or secondary authentication tokens.
  • You must notify AlzFocus immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or breach of your account.
  • You will not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the AlzFocus network or circumvent security or authentication measures.

6. Enforcement and Termination

Failure to adhere to this Policy constitutes a material breach of the AlzFocus Terms of Use.

AlzFocus reserves the right to take appropriate action, including:

  1. Issue Warnings: Temporarily notify users of policy non-compliance.
  2. Remove Content: Delete or disable access to any material or media that violates this AUP.
  3. Suspend or Terminate Accounts: Revoke access to the Services, with or without notice, for severe or repeated violations.
  4. Report to Law Enforcement: Cooperate with law enforcement authorities if illegal activity or threats to personal safety are detected.

7. Reporting Violations and Contact

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, or if you believe content hosted on AlzFocus infringes on your rights or privacy, please contact our team.
